The Long Form/No Kids divorce is designed for a couple without children but who own a significant amount of property. The Long Form/No Kids divorce itemizes the couple's property and specifies who will receive what in the divorce. $299.00* plus filing feesLong Form/With Kids:
The Long Form/No Kids divorce is designed for a couple who have children under 18 or still in high school and who also own a significant amount of property. This couple has agreed that the children will live with one of the parents and the other parent will pay child support.
